Adeona is a project whose goal is to power up the security options of your laptop to avoid loosings and thefts that can be interesting for all those users who own a laptop.

It is an open source application that works in client-server mode. Firstly you have to install the client in your laptop and choose a password, automatically Adeona will monitor the localization of your laptop by running a second-plane script while collecting encrypted informtion like IPs and other network characteristics.

Each time you'll want to access the data collected by Adeona, you'll only have to access the internet website and insert your password ad choose the time you want to see the info about.

By this way, if your laptop is stolen, you can collect information about the IP of the robber and go to the police to denounce.
